Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. The order cut-off time is 17:00 GMT. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next business day.
Delivery time
Transit usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery is 6 to 11 business days from your order. Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays; transit can vary due to carrier backlogs, weather or busy seasons.
We will deliver within 30 calendar days of order confirmation unless agreed otherwise. If we cannot, you may set an additional reasonable period; if delivery still does not happen, you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. Checkout shows the total price; no delivery charge is added.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses or places our carrier does not serve.
Tracking
We email a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Track your order using the tracking number or order number on our Track Your Order page. If tracking has not updated, the parcel may be moving between carrier depots before its next scan.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, contact us with your order number and we will arrange a reshipment. Please check your delivery address at checkout, as an incorrect address is the most common cause.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Your order remains our responsibility until you receive it. If lost in transit, we will resend your order or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If damaged, contact us with the order number and details; we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
